Just toss the whole grape tomatoes into a hot skillet with a little bit of fat (olive oil, coconut oil or butter) and after a few minutes they will start to burst and get nice and sweet.

The buffalo bolognese was super easy. Roast a wholes spaghetti squash in a 375 degrees for 45 minutes, then cut and half and pull the "spaghetti" away from the sides. Meanwhile, brown off a pound of buffalo meat (you could use turkey, beef or even sausage) and then add a jar of your favorite marinara sauce. I usually make my own but Trader Joe's has a good one with very low sugar. Mix everything together and serve!Kerri Heffelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05790631540061826530noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6976304461056667854.post-32495025825933021552012-01-05T22:07:32.826-05:002012-01-05T22:07:32.826-05:00I've never sauteed grape tomatoes before! Recipe please!Jennhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02010943350229899749noreply@blogger.com
