we did a crossfit endurance wod saturday morning... 12 rounds of 1:00 intervals with 30 seconds of rest in between rounds. once you learn POSE and run like that for a while, it becomes second nature. heel striking feels very out of place.
PWO i made a BIG breakfast... i didn't plan on eating much later in the day. 5 eggs scrambled with cherry tomatoes and shallots, 2 small apples w/ a couple tablespoons of almond butter and water.
