dinner in a snap

i didn't get home from the gym until around 9pm and need to prepare supper... and fast! i had george pre-heat the oven when i was on the way home (not too much to ask, right?) so i'd be ready to go. i sliced a vidalia onion, chopped 2 medium sized tomatoes, smashed 3 gloves of garlic and threw everything in a 9 x 13 glass pan. i drizzled the vegetables with olive oil and threw in 2 packages of organic chicken sausage. finally i seasoned everything well with sea salt and pepper. into the oven in went for 30-35 minutes. i gave everything a good shake about halfway through.

there was no way i was doing dishes this late at night, so paper plates and napkins it was!
