i treated myself to the Whole Foods salad bar and a little sweet treat.
this is my most favorite salad bar. i had a nice spring mix and baby spinach for greens. i added red onion, cucumbers, grape tomatoes, grated carrots, grilled zucchini and summer squash, mushrooms, dried cranberries, sliced almonds and grilled chicken. i found a garlic cilantro dressing that was delicious.
my sweet treat was a decadant chocolate from Lake Champlain Gourmet Chocolates. i chose the carmel and almond 5 star bar.
