I've never sauteed grape tomatoes before! You just throw them in without chopping them up or anything? How do they taste cooked up like that?

...and that buffalo bolognese looks like something my guy and me would both like. Recipe please!

Yep! Just toss the whole grape tomatoes into a hot skillet with a little bit of fat (olive oil, coconut oil or butter) and after a few minutes they will start to burst and get nice and sweet.

The buffalo bolognese was super easy. Roast a wholes spaghetti squash in a 375 degrees for 45 minutes, then cut and half and pull the "spaghetti" away from the sides. Meanwhile, brown off a pound of buffalo meat (you could use turkey, beef or even sausage) and then add a jar of your favorite marinara sauce. I usually make my own but Trader Joe's has a good one with very low sugar. Mix everything together and serve!
