annie are you ok??

i warmed up with good stretching and some light overhead squats (OHS)



then it was time for (modified) Annie...

25-20-15-10-5
double unders and GHD sit ups




i finished in 11:48 and did double unders through the whole WOD. before i'd have to stop and do singles part of the way through. MAKING GAINS!!
